Could the access be provided for more than one user?

Yes. Our licenses are not limited to user. With the exclusive company license every employee of your company can use the access and products. It is prohibited to pass on the log in information, password and user name to a third party not belonging to your company. If you have questions, concerning the licensing, please contact the PresentationLoad Support.

Can I change my Download Package or Shop access anytime?

Yes, you can always upgrade your purchased download package or extend your shop access. Just contact the PresentationLoad support team. We are always glad to help you.

Will there be any additional costs or binding contracts?

No. You simply pay the download packages or access in a one-time payment or monthly installments and there will be no additional costs or hidden fees or obligations. The yearly shop access will expire after 12 month. There will be no automatically extension.

What are the payment options?

You can pay the one-time payments with any possible payment option like Credit card, direct pay, PayPal or pre-payment. If you wish to pay the amount in monthly installments, please provide a credit card with an expiration date after the 12 month payment agreement.

Is there an expiration date?

No. All download packages don’t expire. You can use them any time and without a time limit. All products you downloaded during the 12 month access will remain valid as well.
